Day 1 - Caversham Wildlife Park

Here we are... Perth, Australia!

We have safely arrived here after 5hrs flight from Singapore. Before we begin our educational journey, we were brought to Macdonald's for a short break. The local coach captain cum guide then transfered us to Caversham Wildlife Park.

Caversham Wildlife Park is owned and managed by Mr David Thorne, his wife and 2 children. The park features about 200 species of animals. Mr Thorne regularly exchanges animals or birds with other parks and zoos to add to Caversham's population. The park has also bred its own animals such as wombats, Tasmanian devils and koalas

Feeding the animals.

After meeting the kangaroos and koalas, we were transfered and checked in to Orchard Glory Farm. Here, we were free to explore the farm and pick fruits before our dinner time.
